WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND A VENUE COORDINATOR?

As your event planning company, we are with you every step of the way or as much as you want us to be.  We offer packages that vary in engagement.  However, your venue coordinator will be your on-the-spot venue contact that can provide details for that location. 
B to Y will answer the questions that you have about the venue and outside of the venue.
We provide support and advice about what you are planning as you prepare for your event.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

We will travel for your wedding.  If you are interested in this, please let us know during our consultation call.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING DAY ("DAY-OF") COORDINATION

The Day of Coordinator is a very popular term, but as an event coordinator, we are with you on the day of as well as the days, months, and years before.  When you book with B to Y, you get our full planning services from the day you sign your contract.
